Great Music Making and FUN! The New Orleans Children’s Chorus is delighted to present the 22nd annual Crescent City Choral Festival, which will be held in downtown New Orleans June 23-27, 2023. The festival offers young singers the opportunity to work with native New Orleans conductor Cheryl Dupont, guest artist and composer, Bob Chilcott, and sing with other choirs in one of America’s most interesting cities.

SCS staff is offering one group flight option. This is through American Airlines, see below.
Singers may choose to travel separately by car or on another plane at their own expense.
Singers plan to meet at the hotel for check in at 4 PM.
Singers with flights other than those on the designated group flight with SCS staff - SCS staff will make arrangements to pick students on any flight any carrier into new orleans (MSY) on June 23.
Singers traveling with family to New Orleans should report to the hotel by 4 PM Friday, June 23.
Singers traveling home with family should be picked up at the hotel by 9 AM Tuesday, June 27th.
American Airlines Group Travel Option - (CAK-MSY with a Layover in Charlotte)
Mrs. Cooper as well as another SCS staff member will be on this flight. SCS has secured 28 seats.
- $55 deposit on this flight paid to SCS by January 15th. To ensure enough seats are available for SCS unaccompanied singers, this phase of deposits are only open to registered singers.
- $55 deposit on this flight paid to SCS between January 16th and February 15th. This phase of bookings are open to family members, room permitting.

- Reservation must be paid in full to American Airlines by April 15th in the amount of $473 per person for each traveler. This amount, $473, is less the $55 deposit made to SCS by January 15th. TOTAL COST OF GROUP AIR TRAVEL: $528
Other travel arrangements may be made and fiduciated by families for their singer. Travel plans that do not include flying on the chartered american airlines plane must be communicated to mrs. cooper and mrs. cocchiola by january 16th.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation made in writing before December 14 will be refunded all monies payed, less $150.
Cancellation made in writing December 15-January 31 will be refunded 50% total monies due/paid.
Cancellation made in writing February 1-April 15 refunded amount will be based on available supplier refunds.
Cancellation made in writing after April 16 are not eligible for a refund.
