We are currently enrolling children and youth in 2nd through 10th grades for our Spring 2012 season (February 6, 2012 through May 19, 2012). Our music education and performance program emphasizes individual understanding and development of musical skills. It is one of Northeast Ohio's premier choral arts organizations.
New singers in the 2nd and 3rd grade join our non-audition Beginning Singing classes, then progress to our Training Division based on their own ability (register online below). New singers in the 4th through 10th grade attend an interview/audition and then, based on their own musical skill level, are placed into our Training Division or Ensemble Division into one of five class levels. Singers then progress at their own ability. We hold interview/auditions in January, May and August/September.
There are two major concert performances with all singers each year -- in December and May -- at Cuyahoga Falls High School Auditorium.
Rehearsals for all singers for the Spring 2012 session start on Monday, February 6, 2012.
CURRENT INTERVIEW / AUDITIONS (4th through 10th grade)
Current Interview/Auditions Date: Monday, January 23, 2012
Audition Times: 4:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. (appointments are scheduled to begin every 30 minutes; last appointments scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m.)
Appointments: Approximately 1 hour (total duration)
Location: Coventry High School (3089 Manchester Road, near Portage Lakes)
Tuition: $195 plus $10 parent association fee.
About the Placement Interview/Audition Session: Singers will be accompanied by piano and will perform simple musical exercises with our music teachers to determine their current skill level. Singers should prepare a favorite short song to sing (even something as simple as "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star"; does not need to have accompaniment).

Announcing Beginning Singing classes are for 2nd and 3rd grade singers, no audition. Classes are on Monday evenings at our West Akron Campus (6:00-7:00 pm), Ellet Campus (4:15-5:15 pm) and Coventry Campus (6:30 - 7:30 pm). Our West Akron campus is located at Resnik CLC/School (65 N. Meadowcroft Dr. , Akron, directions). Our Ellet campus is located at Ritzman CLC/School (629 Canton Rd, Ellet, directions). Our Coventry Campus is located at Coventry High School. Classes meet on Monday evenings at all locations.

Beginning Singing Classes have the same 2011-2012 schedule as our Coventry campus with a joint performance featuring over 200 singers. Registering now for Spring 2012, classes start on Monday, February 6 and run through Monday, May 14 with a concert performance on Saturday, May 19, 2012. Tuition $195. SAVE $20 - register online and pay $175. Limited space available. After attending these classes, singers can audition in May 2012 for our Coventry campus and be placed into one of our advanced class levels based on their own musical skill level.
